Honoring Life.
Mothers have always known.

A space to come into oneself

Birth is a passage.

A moment when a life begins, but also when a new version of oneself emerges.

For me, accompanying birth and parenthood means offering constant support, grounded listening, and a loving presence.

It means walking the path of your parenthood right beside you, in a position of deep humility, respecting your story, your choices, and your intuition.

My greatest wish is to see families born free of guilt, supported, and autonomous; mothers respected and heard; and a deep respect for the sacredness and creation of life.

Bringing gentleness, truth, and wonder into this grand passage that is birth... and the postnatal period.

Postnatal Support

Gentle, practical support to help you slow down, rest, and breathe. I can prepare a nourishing meal, help with the little things around the house, support you in caring for and understanding your newborn, offer a safe and non-judgmental space to listen, or simply be there as you recover and adjust to life with your baby.

"Thalie was an absolutely incredible doula from the very first day we met her. She always made sure I felt comfortable, supported, and heard. She showed me different movements and positions to help ease the pressure in my hips and pelvis, and even let me borrow her scarf for hip compressions—which honestly felt like magic!

She worked closely with us to create a birth plan and constantly reminded me that the universe had my back. Through every fear, struggle, and unexpected change, she remained calm, reassuring, and right by my side.

Even during the long nights at the hospital, when our original plan completely changed and we ended up needing a C-section, Thailie never left us feeling alone. She held my hand, comforted me, and made sure I felt safe and cared for every step of the way.

We are so incredibly grateful to have had Thalie be part of such an important and emotional moment in our lives. Her kindness, warmth, and support meant more to us than words can express. She will always hold a very special place in our hearts."

About me

My name is Thalie Di Tomasso

I am a doula and photographer at heart.

Formerly a breastfeeding support volunteer, I now work as a perinatal support worker within a community organization. I am also a mother of two and deeply passionate about the world of birth — but even more so about the birth of a family, a mother, a parent. Being invited to walk alongside people through this profound rite of passage is, for me, a true honour.

I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to honour your autonomy, your uniqueness, and your own way of experiencing this journey. I believe in honouring what is real — the magic, the chaos, and everything in between.

I deeply believe that every experience deserves to be supported, heard, and celebrated.
